Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. All requests will be processed in accordance with the product’s eligibility and the policy in effect at the time of purchase. We encourage customers to raise a return/exchange request within this period to be eligible
Exchange availability is subject to courier partner services and your PIN code. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, you may self-ship the product to our return address. Details will be provided by our support team upon request.
Pickup Timeline
We aim to schedule pickups as early as possible. Pickup timelines may vary between 3 to 7 business days, depending on location and courier partner assignment.
Refund and pickup timelines may vary based on courier partners and the original payment mode used.
Return Pickup & Inspection Process
If you request a return pickup from a different address, it will be accepted only if courier service is available at the new address.
During the pickup, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Product Validation Checklist:(at the time of pickup)
Right Product: The product details (name, brand, code, etc.) should match your original order.
Price Tag: The MRP tag should be attached and visible.
Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, clean, undamaged, and free from stains.
Tags & Seals: All return tags and quality seals should be intact.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the pickup will be declined by the field executive.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after we receive and verify the returned item at our facility. Timeline for refund will depend on the courier service used and payment mode used during purchase.
Exceptions Covered by Our Policy
You can request a return, refund, or replacement in the following situations (after proper verification):
If your order has not been delivered.
If any item or accessory is missing from the package.
If you receive a different product or accessory than what you ordered.
If the product arrives damaged or defective.
If the size or style does not match your order (as per return policy).
If there is a visible manufacturing fault or quality issue.
