Shipping Policy

At StyleMinty, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and at the best possible rates. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will reach you.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 days(excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
In case of high order volume or unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Options & Charges
Standard Delivery : 4–7 business days.
Express Delivery : 2–4 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can also track your order by logging into your StyleMinty account.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India.
Deliveries are not available to P.O. Boxes or restricted pin codes as per courier limitations.

6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. StyleMinty is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, we may reship it at an additional cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged, lost, or delayed, please contact us at stylemintystore@gmail.com
